Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within Pakistan. Plans to expand our services internationally are underway. Stay updated for future international shipping options.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 4-5 business days after confirmation call from Evergreen Beauties team. Orders placed on Sundays may require an extra day for processing.

For customers in Karachi, we offer both online payment and cash on delivery (COD) services. For orders from other cities, advance payment via bank deposit or online transfer is necessary. A nominal advance fee of PKR 500 or less is applicable for orders outside Karachi.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We provide standard shipping services, with delivery usually taking 5-6 business days. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number. This number can be used to track your order on our shipping partner’s website. For any inquiries, you can reach out to us via WhatsApp.

If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly via WhatsApp. Please note that delays due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather or logistical issues, may occur.

Shipping to Remote Areas

Delivery to remote areas is available and may incur additional charges. These charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with supporting images. We will arrange a prompt replacement. For lost packages, we will assist in tracking the shipment and resolving the issue.
